At Love Nursing Students, LLC, we’re so grateful you’re here. Every order supports and celebrates your nursing journey.
Order Processing & Production Time
All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party partner, Printed Mint, located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Because each item is custom created just for you, please allow:
- 1–3 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays)
During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after production is complete):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: Total delivery time includes both production and shipping time. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be. While we work closely with our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please:
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Save all packaging materials and damaged items
- Reach out to us at contact@lovenursingstudents.net so we can assist you
We are here to support you and will do our best to help resolve any issues.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- An unclaimed package
You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting your local carrier for more details

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will always do our best to guide you through next steps.
